Wing Chun is a Martial Art that originated in China. It was made famous by the late Bruce Lee who brought his own style of martial arts to the big screen as well as bringing the focus of Wing Chun to the western world. Wing Chun is famous for its straight punches, low kicks and Chi Sau or “sticking hand” techniques. As with all Martial Arts there is more to it than meets the eye. Developing combat skills is often seen as the result to be obtained by practising Martial Arts but, there is much more to be gained through Arts of a Martial nature than just being able to fight.
